Yoga Classes


Yogata Tuesdays 1:00-2:00pm

Join us for a sweaty Yogata Class! This is the perfect blend of yoga and high intensity interval training to get your body moving in a safe and effective way. You’ll start with a power yoga warm up, followed by tabata, then a cool down to stretch all the big muscle groups. And of course, sweet sweet savanana to finish off! *Covered under physiotherapy if you have extended health insurance.

Rain or shine! We will be meeting in the Richardson Ridge neighbourhood on non-rainy days. If it is raining, the class will be virtual!
