Yogata Tuesdays 1:00-2:00pm

Join us for a sweaty Yogata Class! This is the perfect blend of yoga and high intensity interval training to get your body moving in a safe and effective way. You’ll start with a power yoga warm up, followed by tabata, then a cool down to stretch all the big muscle groups. And of course, sweet sweet savanana to finish off! *Covered under physiotherapy if you have extended health insurance.

Prenatal Wednesdays 12 – 12:45pm

Expecting? Your belly is growing but you can still keep fit! Join us for a weekly tailored PhysioYoga class that will meet your prenatal needs. Stay connected to your inner core, breath, stretch and stay strong. Help ease common pregnancy pains, move with grace, improve sleep, and prepare for labour. It will also help your post-natal recovery!
